Justin Liang is the Head of Responsible AI & Compliance for Google’s Devices & Services division, leading global regulatory and governance efforts for consumer hardware. With nearly 20 years of experience across the technology and finance sectors, he has led compliance, risk management, and ethics programs at organizations including Uber, LendingClub, and the World Bank.
Outside of work, Justin is a multi-instrumentalist and composer with a lifelong passion for music education. A graduate of Princeton University, where he served as co-concertmaster of the orchestra and sang in the Glee Club, as well as Harvard and MIT, he remains active in performing arts ensembles, including the Googler Orchestra and Ukulele Jam Band. A Bay Area native, Justin proudly supports Music for Minors’ mission to expand access to high-quality music education.
