Philip Johnston is a retired Instructional Technologist from the University of California, where he supported students, faculty, and staff with AV and computing technology for learning, teaching, research, and special events.

Philip is the son of Music for Minors’ founder, Grace Johnston, and is a professional performing and recording artist of more than 40 years. He holds a degree in Music Composition and Theory from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He deeply values the integral role of music in learning and development and is honored to serve on the Music for Minors Board of Trustees.
