Sean has more than three decades of experience in business sales and leadership, including 20 years in the high-tech sector. Before retiring in 2025, he served as a Sales Learning and Development Manager at Gartner, a research and advisory company that provides business and technology insights to corporate executives and government agencies. He is certified in group facilitation, coaching, and Lean and Malcolm Baldrige quality methodologies.
A multi-instrumentalist, Sean has been performing, composing, and recording music since age 14. He has played lead guitar in several bands over the years and minored in music in college.
